Jazz forward Gordon Hayward fractures finger in practice
Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward suffered a fractured fourth finger on his
left hand during practice Friday, the team said in a news release.
According to The Salt Lake Tribune, Hayward was injured when the finger
became caught in a teammate's jersey in practice.
The Jazz did not disclose a time frame for Hayward's recovery or return, but
the Tribune's report said he was expected to miss at least six weeks.
According to league sources who spoke with ESPN, Hayward was in the process
of considering treatment options.
