Reggie Miller on Deron Williams: "Not accountable"

Reggie Miller joined Paul Pierce in trashing Deron Williams leadership
Wednesday in an interview with Mike Francesa on WFAN. Miller minced no words
in saying that D-WIll has not held himself or his teammates accountable.
Reggie Miller聊到了关于近日Paul Pierce批评Deron Williams的领导才能一事，
Miller直言不讳地说，他认为D-Will并没有对自己或队友负责。
Reggie Miller told WFAN, as transcribed by the Daily News...
"I can't argue with what Paul Pierce said. I have to agree with him. I don't
really like to kill guys but you have to call a spade a spade. I think he's
right on.
"The most important position in the game today is the point guard position,"
he added. "And if you can't get that out of your point guard - because that's
the coach on the floor. That's the guy that has to get everyone rallying in
the right position. So if your point guard is not demanding and is not
accountable and is holding everyone else accountable, your team is going to
struggle. That's why Brooklyn has struggled because Deron Williams - not only
has he not held himself accountable, he's not holding anybody on the floor
accountable as well."
Miller表示：

我并不是要诋毁任何人，但你必须实话实说，我认为老皮说得对极了。
场上最重要的位置就是控卫，如果你不能从控卫那得到帮助，
因为控卫是场上的教练，如果你的PG无法让所有人都出现在正确的位置上，
又如果你的PG并不是严格要求、是不负责任的，那你的球队就会陷入困境。
这就是为什么布鲁克林会陷入泥淖，原因在Deron Williams身上，
不仅是他自己没能负起责任，他也无法很好地让场上每个人都负起该负的责任。”
