The Brooklyn Nets are on the verge of hiring Lionel Hollins as their next
head coach with a deal expected later on Wednesday.

Hollins would replace Jason Kidd, who left on Monday following a failed power
grab.

Hollins most recently coached the Memphis Grizzlies in 12-13.
