大意是说教练必须盯牢球员作他们该做的事。
当他们没有做到他们应该做的表现或态度，
必须请球员出去场外凉快一阵子，或是至少必须限制出赛的时间。
我必须说，教练他并没有充分地做到这一点。
心得：感觉这句话更适合火箭
大鸟镇得住大牌球星，当年连雷击米乐都服服贴贴，
更特别的是笑笑汤死忠支持者小欧，曾公然表态不爽大鸟驱逐笑笑汤
事后却也敢怒不敢言。
同样是NBA五十大球星，出身老绿的麦帅却连初出茅庐成名不算久的胡子都不敢管，
实在不知道怕啥么。
如果是大鸟，胡子可能老早就蹲板凳刮胡子反省了
