d. The free throw shooter may not cross the plane of the free throw line
until the ball touches the basket ring, backboard, or the free throw ends.
大意是：罚球员在球尚未触及篮框(basket ring), 篮板(backboard), 或是
罚球完成前(ex:入球)，是不能进场的。
PENALTY:
(1) In (a-f) above, if the violation is by the offense, no point can be
scored. The ball is awarded out-of-bounds to the opposing team at the free
throw line extended.
罚则如下：
进攻方的分数不算，球权以出界算(out-of-bounds) 判给对方。
