第一次维修,寄回去换了萤幕就寄回来,大概费时8天
然而大概是整批都有问题,过了一周,又出现烙印了
接着想送修第二次,然而自助送修系统竟然不能运作...
(只适用第一次送修)
运气差遇到尿性客服品,浪费了半小时才弄好报修
这次寄回去换了主板和电池就寄回来,一样费时8天
问题是"没换萤幕"
想当然烙印一样还在,傻傻的我还呆呆地开机确认......
当天收到就去找客服要求第三次报修
这次报修五分钟完成
然而手表竟一去不复返
等了两周,连送修单号都被取消了
去找客服被告知之后会联系退费事宜
好客服会告知那个负责退款的部门没有客服
只能傻傻等他们主动联络...
垃圾客服会叫你等明天,每天都一样回复......
大概一个月后,才终于收到退款短信

直到又过了十天,会收到要你去citibank填收款资料的短信
