BELGOROD, January 22. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have fired 74 projectil
es and deployed 72 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) at seven districts of the Bel
gorod Region over the last 24 hours, injuring four civilians, Vyacheslav Gladkov
, the region’s governor, reported on his Telegram channel.
"In the Belgorod district, the settlements of Dubovoye, Maysky, Oktyabrsky, Bess
onovka, Krasny Khutor, Otradnoye, Repnoye, Tavrovo, Ustinka, Cheremoshnoye, Yasn
iye Zori, and Tserkovny were targeted by four projectiles and 25 drones. <…> Th
ree civilians were wounded," he wrote.
One apartment building, five private homes, three outbuildings, a gas pipeline,
commercial facility equipment, a power line, and five cars—one of which was des
troyed in a fire—were damaged in the district over the past day. In the Volokon
ovsky district, the settlement of Borisovka was struck by two FPV drones. Two pr
ivate houses and a car were affected.
According to the governor, 14 projectiles and 12 UAVs were launched at the Grayv
oronsky district. A man was injured in an FPV drone strike on the settlement of
Novostroyevka-Pervaya. A communication facility and a car were damaged.
The Shebekinsky district faced an attack with 26 projectiles and 29 UAVs. An apa
rtment building, 14 private houses, a car, a bus stop, as well as gas and power
lines were affected. A total of 30 munitions and one drone were launched at the
Krasnoyaruzhsky and Borisovsky districts, with no injuries or damage reported.
"Three drones were shot down over the Valuysky district. There were no injuries
or damages," the regional head said.
