之前在#1LmPyhBs的文章中有提到MGSV发售前的章节据透，
虽然和现在出的版本不一样，
但在把流出章节名称的部分现有部分整理比对后可以发现一些有趣的事：

在比过后可以发现一些有趣的事
- Chapter 1的章节名称几乎完全对应游戏中的前期顺序，一直到救出Fuey为止。
- 主线顺序和现在MGSV其实是一样的，整部就是对Skull Face的复仇以及
最后的"世界を売った男の真実"(Truth: The Man Who Sold The World)
但中间却差相当多
如果这个当初的剧透是真的，那这张列表可能是最初规划要做的规划，
只是后来因为各种因素所以在开头第一章做好之后，
中间修改了很多章节，但重要的结尾部份还是有做出来
扣掉Subsistance与Extreme任务，剩下游戏的内容中有重要剧情的章节为

这些章节可能也改名或从原本的章节中拆出来过。
当然如果不是真的，也至少是内部人员把部份章节流出来再加些料进去吧
不然不会第一章命中率这么高，而且后面的重要章节名称都有出来
