现在、とある掲示板において、私がFANBOXで有料・限定公开している画像・动画等のコン
テンツが无断転载されていることを确认しています。
本件についてはすでに証拠を保存しており、弁护士へ相谈のうえ、対応をすでに进めてい
ます。
有料コンテンツを购入したからといって、転载・共有・再配布する権利まで与えられるわ
けではありません。
著作物の无断転载は著作権侵害にあたり得る行为であり、民事上の责任だけでなく、犯罪
として刑事事件・刑事罚の対象となります。
単なる“ネット上のマナー违反”ではありません。
现在、掲示板に私の有料コンテンツを掲载している方は、直ちにご自身で削除してくださ
い。
ご自身で削除できない场合は、掲示板运営者へ削除申请を行うなど、掲载を取り下げるた
めの対応を直ちに行ってください。
既に全ての内容を弁护士共有してあり、私自身も削除申请を先生にお愿いしています。
私はこれまで诽谤中伤等についても継続して法的対応を行っており、実际に5名について
起诉に至っています。
“匿名だから大丈夫”“掲示板なら特定されない”“どうせ何もされない”と考えないで
ください。
今回の无断転载についても、発信者情报开示请求、损害赔偿请求、差止请求等の民事上の
措置に加え、警察への相谈・刑事告诉を含む刑事上の対応を、弁护士と连携して进めてい
ます。
该当する投稿についてはすでに鱼拓を含めた証拠を保存しています。
今から削除したとしても、それまでに行われた行为や保存済みの証拠がなくなるわけでは
ありません。
现在掲载している方は、これ以上事态を悪化させることなく、直ちに削除してください。
今后も有料・限定コンテンツの无断転载・再配布・第三者への共有については一切容认せ
ず、确认次第、厳正に対応します
今までFANBOXでは何度も无断転载の被害に遭い、そのたびに悩み、様々な対応を続けてき
ました。
今までも国内、海外と対応してきました。
时间をかけて対応し、ようやく无断転载がほとんど见られなくなったばかりだったので、
今回またこのようなことが起きてしまったことを本当に残念に思っています。
私は真面目に活动しています。
だからこそ、他人の権利を侵害する行为によって活动や、応援してくださっている皆様の
気持ちまで踏みにじられることを、もう黙って见过ごすつもりはありません。
诽谤中伤や无断転载などの権利侵害については、今后も厳しく法的対応を続けます。
これまで刑事告诉等の対応を行った案件では、相手方から和解の申し出を受けたことも复
数回ありますが、私はすべてお断りしています。
刑事事件についても、私は被害者として厳しい処罚を求める意思・処罚感情を検察官へ明
确に伝え、そのうえで検察官に适切な判断をしていただいています。
5名について起诉に至っていますが1名について不起诉となった案件があります。その判断
には纳得できなかったため、现在、不服申立ての手続きを行っています。
利用できる法的な手続きについて弁护士等と确认しながら、纳得できるところまで対応を
続けるつもりです。
それ程私にとって诽谤中伤や无断転载は、もう“仕方ない”で済ませたり、许したりする
ことのできない问题になってます
现在进行中の案件も复数あり、捜査机関による捜査・対応が进んでいるものもあります。
捜査中の案件について、现时点では详细をお话しすることはできません。
お话できる范囲となりますが、现在进めている法的対応につきましては、
诽谤中伤等について発信者情报开示を行った结果、现在、民事诉讼に至っている案件が4
件、刑事告诉を予定している案件が5件あります。
また、刑事告诉については、直近で2件が受理されています。
このほかにも现在発信者情报开示の手続きを进めている案件がありますが、进行中の手続
きに関する详细については、现时点ではお知らせできません。
今后も诽谤中伤や権利侵害、著作権侵害については、弁护士と连携のうえ、必要な法的措
置を讲じ、引き続き厳正に対応してまいります。
今后、弁护士と相谈のうえ、公表して问题のない时期になりましたら、X（Twitter）等で
被害に対して行ってきた法的対応や、その结果についてご报告させていただく予定です。
そして今回のFANBOXの件に话を戻します
FANBOXは、料金を支払ってくださった方だけが见ることのできる特别な场所です…
私自身も“お金をいただいている场所”だという责任を持って、本気でコンテンツを作っ
ており投稿しています。
だからこそ、お金を払わなければ见ることのできないコンテンツを胜手に持ち出し、不特
定多数が阅覧できる场所へ无断転载する行为を、私は绝対に许すことができません。
何より、きちんと料金を支払い、ルールを守って入会してくださっている皆様の気持ちま
で踏みにじられているように感じて、とても辛く、悲しいく心底怒りを感じており、许せ
ないです…
私は无断転载を“ネットだから大したことではない”とは考えておらず著作権侵害や业务
妨害として刑事事件になり得る行为であり、それくらい重大なこととして受け止めていま
す。
ルールを守ってFANBOXを楽しんでくださっている皆様には、不安な気持ちにさせてしまっ
て本当に申し訳ありません ♂
このような悲しい声明文も见せたくなかったです、本当にごめんなさい。

I have confirmed that images, videos, and other content that I publish exclusive
ly for paying members on FANBOX are currently being reposted without my permissi
on on a certain online message board.
I have already preserved evidence of these posts, consulted with my attorney, an
d legal action is currently underway.
Let me make this absolutely clear: paying for access to my content does NOT give
anyone the right to repost, redistribute, share, or otherwise make that content
available to third parties.
Unauthorized reproduction and redistribution of copyrighted works may constitute
copyright infringement and may result not only in civil liability, but also cri
minal investigation and criminal penalties.
This is not simply a matter of “bad manners on the internet.”
If you are currently posting or sharing my paid FANBOX content on the message bo
ard, remove it immediately.
If you are unable to delete it yourself, you must immediately take the necessary
steps to have it removed, including submitting a deletion request to the operat
ors of the message board.
I have continuously taken legal action against online harassment, defamation, an
d other violations of my rights. As a result of cases I have pursued, five indiv
iduals have actually been prosecuted.
Do not assume that you are safe simply because you are anonymous, because you po
sted on a message board, or because you believe “nothing will happen.”
Regarding the current unauthorized reposting of my paid content, I am working wi
th my attorney and pursuing appropriate legal measures, including requests for d
isclosure of identifying information, claims for damages, injunctions, as well a
s criminal measures including consultation with law enforcement and the filing o
f criminal complaints.
Evidence of the relevant posts has already been preserved.
Even if you delete the content now, that does not erase the actions that have al
ready taken place, nor does it erase the evidence that has already been preserve
d.
If you are currently posting my content, remove it immediately and do not make t
he situation worse.
I will not tolerate the unauthorized reposting, redistribution, or sharing of my
paid or members-only content. Any further violations that I discover will be de
alt with strictly.
I have suffered from unauthorized reposting of my FANBOX content many times in t
he past, and each time I have struggled with it and taken various measures to ad
dress it.
In fact, I have previously taken action against unauthorized reposting both dome
stically and internationally.
After spending a great deal of time dealing with these issues, unauthorized repo
sting had finally become extremely rare. That is why I am deeply disappointed th
at something like this has happened again.
I take my work and my activities seriously.
Because of that, I will no longer silently overlook actions that violate my righ
ts and undermine not only my work, but also the feelings of everyone who support
s me.
I will continue to take strong legal action against defamation, harassment, unau
thorized reposting, and other infringements of my rights.
In previous cases where I pursued criminal complaints and other legal measures,
there have been multiple occasions where the other parties requested a settlemen
t. I have declined all such requests.
In criminal cases, I have also clearly communicated to prosecutors, as the victi
m, my strong desire for strict punishment. The prosecutors then make the appropr
iate legal determination based on the case.
There was also one case in which an individual was not prosecuted. I was not sat
isfied with that decision, and I am currently pursuing the available procedures
to have that decision reviewed.
I intend to continue taking every legally available step, in consultation with m
y attorney and other relevant professionals, until I am satisfied that the matte
r has been properly addressed.
That is how seriously I take defamation, harassment, and unauthorized reposting.
These are no longer matters that I am willing to simply accept, overlook, or for
give.
There are currently multiple other cases in progress, some of which are being in
vestigated or handled by the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Because these matters are ongoing, I cannot provide specific details at this tim
e.
When the appropriate time comes, and once I have received confirmation from my a
ttorney regarding what information can legally and appropriately be made public,
I plan to share updates on X (Twitter) regarding the results of the legal actio
ns I have taken in response to these violations.
Now, returning to the current FANBOX situation
FANBOX is a special place where content is available only to those who pay for a
ccess
I take very seriously the responsibility that comes with receiving money from my
supporters, and I put genuine effort into creating and publishing content speci
fically for the people who choose to support me there.
That is exactly why I cannot and will not accept someone taking content that is
supposed to be accessible only to paying members and reposting it somewhere wher
e an unlimited number of people can view it for free.
More than anything, it hurts me deeply because it feels as though the feelings o
f everyone who follows the rules, pays for membership, and supports me properly
are being disregarded and disrespected
I do not consider unauthorized reposting to be something insignificant simply be
cause “it happened on the internet.”
Such conduct may constitute copyright infringement and, depending on the circums
tances, may also raise other legal issues, including interference with business.
It can become a criminal matter, and I treat it with the seriousness it deserve
s.
Regarding this incident, I am not simply going to express my feelings and leave
it at that.
I have preserved the evidence, and I will continue working with my attorney to p
ursue the necessary legal procedures.
To everyone who follows the rules and genuinely enjoys and supports my FANBOX, I
am truly sorry if this situation has caused you any concern or anxiety ♂
I will continue doing everything I can to protect FANBOX as a place where everyo
ne can enjoy my content with peace of mind.
