Eric Bailly brilliant and Anthony Martial class
David de Gea - 7
Kept steadily and showed great composure towards the end of the first-half
when others would have flapped. Made a brilliant late save.
Antonio Valencia - 5 (传中啊...
All these years on, his crossing can remain a problem. Offered little finesse
in space and remains on first name terms with the first man.
Phil Jones - 8 (今天又看到飞将军的冲刺啦!!
His good form continued with an assured performance against Jamie Vardy. Also
showed adventure with the odd surge forward.
Eric Bailly - 8
His flawless form goes on. Seems to dominate just about every striker he
comes up against these days and maybe the best centre-back in the league.
Daley Blind - 5
Delivered decisively for the opener at Swansea but his performance reiterated
Mourinho's need for a quality wing-back. Crossed poorly at times.
Nemanja Matic - 7
The Serb kept things ticking along well in midfield and generally benefited
Paul Pogba again. Hardly ever passed the ball backwards.
Paul Pogba - 6
Became too frustrated too early and resorted to speculative pot-shots when he
should have shown more patience.
Juan Mata - 6
Rightly had a goal chalked off for offside, which would have been his just
rewards for an enterprising first 45 minutes. Faded after the pause.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan - 6
Provided glimpses of class but struggled to create a decisive opening during
United's best attacking periods.
Anthony Martial - 7
Completely justified his selection with unpredictable and productive wing
play. Interchanged seamlessly with other forwards.
Romelu Lukaku - 6
Showed formidable resilience up against two physical centre halves in Wes
Morgan and Harry Maguire but his penalty was telegraphed.
Subs
Marcus Rashford - 8 (神换人!!!
Finished instinctively to claim the breakthrough.
Marouane Fellaini - 7
Killed the game off.
Jesse Lingard - 7
Assisted Fellaini's clincher.
