原本网站写12/2送达，但我等到12/1才收到寄出通知信
但在物流网站上却一直没有显示货物状态
直到上周六12/5我等不下去，写信问了客服
客服回信说会再跟相关部门确认
直到刚刚我再次发信问状况，就收到Selfrifges 的退款通知
随后又收到客服回信如下
“Thank you for your patience.
After looking into this with the relevant team we were unable to track this orde
r for you. For this reason I have now refunded this for you. Please allow 3-5 da
ys to receive the funds back into your account.
I do apologise for this inconvenience.”
