并不是BS就会被认定效率不佳.
Rule 10.17(c) Comment: The official scorer generally should, but is not
required to, consider the appearance of a relief pitcher to be ineffective
and brief if such relief pitcher pitches less than one inning and allows two
or more earned runs to score (even if such runs are charged to a previous
pitcher). Rule 10.17(b) Comment provides guidance on choosing the winning
pitcher from among several suc-ceeding relief pitchers.
规则是建议(非强迫)投不满一局又掉两分以上(含), 才把胜投记给别人. ODAY虽然害陈
的胜投回不来了, 但是其实他投满一局掉一分, 离这个建议标准也还有点距离.
原po的问题里Fields则是刚刚好 0.2 局掉两分, 然后Gregerson一局三上三下无失分. 一
比之下胜投就转手了.
