在汉米整整4月低潮到一个谷底之后 （5月似乎有比较好一滴滴）

汉米是一个靠"感觉"的球员 他不是一个需要去看一大堆影片研究的人
"I pay particular attention to guys in our division, and of course watch
Josh and I’m always kind of watching the guys that have been here before.
That’s kind of an evaluation process of ourselves, our decision making process.
我会特别注意在我们分区的球员，当然也会去注意汉米的表现...

I wanted him back. I’m not going to shy away from that.

I’m surprised he’s struggling to the degree is.
I do think Josh is a guy that his environment is important.
He’s got to be comfortable. He’s a feel player. This is not a guy that
(watches) a ton of tape and (is) mechanically oriented and those sort of
things.

He’s a natural-swing, feel hitter. I think he’s got to feel comfortable with
a lot of things around him. It’s a big change going from one organization to
another. I know it hasn’t been good early and we’ve been the beneficiary of
that, playing a couple of times. He’s too talented. My guess is he’ll bounce
back at some point, just hopefully not against us.”
他挥棒也是靠天生的直觉，他是需要周遭一切环境都感到舒适的人
今年对他是一个重大的改变，从一个球队转到另外一个球队
我知道现在还早，而汉米的低潮的确让我们球队得到了些益处...
但，他太有天份了，而我的预测是-他迟早会回神的...
我只希望不是对我们游骑兵....。
