资讯专员 IT Specialist
【工作内容】
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Overall Responsibility
1) Handle routine network (Internet/ Intranet) operation and reporting in TW
office
2) Local site administrator and deputy IT
3) Roche internal users and external customers PC system support and
reporting in TW office
4) Monitoring, maintenance and control IT assets (IP Phone, video conference,
server) in TW office
5) Handle daily operation (backup / restore / software installation/ system
configuration)
6) Support global/local business Application implementation
7) Handle other tasks assigned by IT Business Manager and F&A Manager
2. Infrastructure Support–Operation
1) Ensure infrastructure services are delivered as per cost and SLA agreement.
2) Manages the relation with infrastructure service provider
【征求条件】
Education:
At least Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in PC and LAN administration support
2. Capable of handling hardware and software problem independently
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
1. Technical Skills
- Knowledge in Computer hardware and software technology and architecture is
a must
2. Personal Skills
- Willingness to succeed in a low management environment
- Self starter, persistent, committed
- Ability to conduct workshops, listen, ask question and elicit answers
