我使用matlab 2015b + win10
想要使用matlab 抓取板子上的视讯串流 rtsp
因此安装了ipcam，也确定help ipcam 有资料
在我执行这一行时
cam = ipcam('rtsp://192.168.1.105/test.sdp')

然后我又重新安装一次hardware package
