Riot Games has been ordered to pay 15 million Brazilian Real ($2.9M USD)
for collective moral damages due to loot boxes in League of Legends
The case is part of a public civil action filed by the National Association
of Centers for the Defense of Children and Adolescents, and the compensation
will be allocated to the Fund for the Rights of Children and Adolescents of
the Federal District in Brazil
The decision is still subject to appeal
