所有线上PCS比赛应该在包含在PCS中的国家/地区进行。
2.6.1 英文
All online PCS games should be played from a country/territory included in the
PCS. All players on a team must compete in the same physical location. Players
playing outside of a country/territory and/or aeparate from the rest of the
team can be approved on a case-by-case basis.
通常用多语言发行会写如有不同以XXX文版为准，不过时间不够就没去找写在哪里
也不知有没有别条叙述有分别，如果有人看到其他条双语有差也可以分享
