当然，从宣布要改系统后，玩家最关心的问题"啊我买的符文要怎么算?"
终于，Rito 给出了答案
自 2017/5/30 后购买的符文，下一次季前改版时，会全额退还 IP(权力点)。
When preseason arrives we'll refund all the IP you've spent on runes since
May 30th, 2017.
另外，内文还提到
符文系统正式改版前，符文会在某个时间点进行大降价。
这个时间点之后，购买的符文不会进行退费。
At some point before the transition to the new runes system we'll also
drastically reduce the prices of all runes. We won't refund rune purchases
made after that point.
至于更早之前购买的符文，到底是怎么安排计算退费方式

另一个玩家非常关心的符文页的问题
关于符文页，Riot的计画是，让玩家继续带进新系统。
所以，符文页不会降价也不会退费
差别只在于，以后的新系统，让玩家可以在游戏选角的时候选择符文。
The plan is for your rune pages to carry over into the new runes system, so
prices on rune pages aren't being changed and they won't be refunded. The
difference is you'll be able to edit them in champ select.
