延伸问题, 假设应朋友要求开实况一起同乐, 打一打就一直传说, 气氛非常欢乐,
但是对面全频说知道我在开实况, 说他不同意他的ID和游戏内容在未经他的允许下
被转播, 说这样侵犯他的权利, 尤其是他这场没认真玩才会被我一直杀到传说,
被其他人看到会很丢脸, 反正就一直强调不同意他的ID和游戏内容在未经他的允许下
被转播!
想说有人抗议就关掉了, 不过其他开实况的人利用这些游戏内容在赚钱, 到底合不合理?
现在游戏营运商都会利用合约规范使用者(玩家), 所以精选对战, 或透过观战系统的观战,
原本就是这套游戏系统的内容之一, 所以玩家要玩这游戏势必得接受游戏商的规范,
让游戏商可以取得有利的条件(权利)进行各种操作(转播.剪辑.再制.如 TOP PLAYS.
或贩售广告或寻求赞助或转售部份权利), 这样一来所有没有获得游戏营运商授权的
使用者开实况都是侵犯游戏营运商的权利, 而且如果利用这样的行为获利, 会产生
相对的责任与问题.
