Q1.Do you ever think that there's a chance of Diamond and Darien returning to
the team?

A1.I enjoyed working with them. Sometimes just the dialogues do not work any
more but the players still need a wake up call. Right when they will be ready
to work with the team and play as a team, I hope to see them back.

A2.Right now i noticed that synergy between jungler and mid grew up, we have
more fruitful conversations after the scrims, like what can we implement at
lcs. For example: Kubon used the opportunity to come capture the drake seeing
that enemy top laner used his teleport.

A3.I argue with him quite often about his builds. I dont think better-worse
judgement is appropriate if we talk about builds, its more about willingness

influence bot lane was awful before the bootcamp but they played very well in
all playoffs games right after.

A6.Right before the playoffs i told them to respect the opponents and analyze
which champions allows enemies to win if we loose first game vs roccat. But
guys didnt ban a single champion of roccat while elise+thresh+jax for sure
was roccats homework. I have examples from this split aswell, but dont see
the point to show off.

Q9.how do you deal with the communication issues, with the arrival of NiQ, who

A9.Niq can speak russian on the "game level", its easier for him though to
speak english.
Regarding the legends. Imagine you are in the ocean after the shipwreck. You
are holding a family relic in your hands and its very heavy. You are
exhausted and almost sinking. You see a raft near your - probably some parts
of your ship. Now you have to drop off the relic to get onto the raft or sink
holding "your pleasure". What would you choose?
The answer is - team cant win by only just keeping 5 star players if they are
refusing to listen to each other, respect each other and play as a team.

play, i help to understand strength and weaknesses of different team comps

A14.The spot owns the organisation as far as i know, i gave my feedback
regarding Diamonds and Dariens performance and in 2 weeks i got notification
that i should find the replacements for them.

A20.No, but since game is changing every year i can catch up. What is more
important that players have exeptional understanding of their role but not
the whole game so i help them to achieve the internal consistency of how we
should play.

win conditions by each player. No real captain is a strong weakness aswell.

Q22.Can you tell us more about Gambit's schedule and how they handle the
pressure from travelling?

A22.We have flights each wednesday and saturday and it takes whole day. The
rest of the time we either scrimming or playing soloq. Sometimes i cancel the
sunday scrim if i feel that the team is tired.

大家太累我会取消团练。
Q23.Do you try to work with the players' champion pools in order to come up
with strategies/team compositions, or do the players come up with their own
team compositions?

A23.For sure if i see that player isnt practicing a champion which i find very
powerfull in current meta i ask the player to at least try it. That was with
Caitlyn last season with Kayle top in the middle of the split etc...

凯尔。
Q24.Don't you think that creating a team of new people and leaving Edward to
lead them, creates too much pressure on him and he is unable to perform at the
best of his ability?

A24.Thats why he is not alone. And he isnt forced to do all the calls, he has
very good understanding of his lane if he is not playing on tilt. Thats all
what is needed from him.

Q25.What is the play style you are trying to achieve with Gambit?

A25.Making effective kills - kill someone then take objective right away - this
is very import if you won the lanes. It means you dont need to gamble with
your advantage taking part in every teamfight. Creating more fights and
trying to catch someone in small skirmishes if lane phase was even or we are
behind. Thats already more than i should reveal.

arguing but after that were doing absolutely different from what was
proposed. So answering your question directly its A-7 B-8.

A28.Incarnation wrote that Loulex is LCS lvl player in his recent interview,
Kubon did played LCS. In 1 vs 1 i dont think they can outclass Darien and
Diamond, but in terms of teamplay that may be possible.

A29.We are looking into the future, this season is lost. The players did play
well for 2 seasons so the problem is not in changed conditions - they didnt
change starting from the first LCS season.

Q30.Isn't communication a bigger barrier to team synergy currently, considering

listening to noone. He did say Not a single word about beloved synergy between
Diamond and Alex Ich, which reddit so like speculate.

A33.7th place. We havent lost Darien or Diamond. I didnt notice players being
that much upset after Alex Ich left the building.

Q34.What has caused Gambit to fail at adaptating to the objective-control game
and vision game?

A34.I guess its just to boring for them to play the game as it supposed to be
played in current meta after they won so much, another reason - you need a
lot more communication in order to play objective-control game then just
teamfighting, and communication always was the problem in gambit.
