一、关于本土青训和本队青训的规则和定义
关于本土青训和本队青训的规则和定义是很难厘清，以下是2015-2018三年的欧足联
规范，有兴趣的版友可以看看原文：http://goo.gl/ByYbdX。
以下节录有关欧战赛场青训登录的规则，懒得看就往下看结论：
规则42.02 A名单有25个名额（其中至少2人是门将），必须有8个名额保留给“本地培养
球员”（其中本地培养球员包含“本土青训”和“本队青训”），当中本土青
训不能超过4人。也就是说，如果要填满25人名单，本队青训就至少要4人，这
也是俗称的4+4政策，4名本土青训和4名本队青训。
25人A名单公式：17名自由球员 + X名本队青训 + Y名本土青训
其中理论上X+Y≦8，Y≦4
但若Y>4，则多余的本土青训球员算在自由球员内
（请见“二、检视利物浦本季欧霸名单”）
（注：此处的自由球员指的是可为本地培养球员或“非”本地培养球员，也就
是说，本地培养球员无上限，欧足联鼓励俱乐部登录本地培养球员。）
No club may have more than 25 players on List A during the season, two of whom
must be goalkeepers. As a minimum, eight places are reserved exclusively for
"locally trained players" and no club may have more than four "association
trained players" listed on these eight places on List A. List A must specify
the players who qualify as being "locally trained", as well as whether they are
"club trained" or "association-trained". The possible combinations that enable
clubs to comply with the List A requirements are set out in Annex G.
规则42.03 本地培养球员可以是本队青训或本土青训。
A "locally trained player" is either a "club-trained player" or an "association
trained player".
规则42.04 所谓本队青训，意指15岁到21岁（从年满15岁的那个赛季初开始计算，到年满
21岁的那个赛季末为止）间，被俱乐部登录年满36个月，有无连续则不影响。
A "club-trained player" is a player who, between the age of 15 (or the start of
the season during which he turns 15) and 21 (or the end of the season during
which he turns 21), and irrespective of his nationality and age, has been
registered with his current club for a period, continuous or not, of three
entire seasons (i.e. a period starting with the first official match of the
relevant national championship and ending with the last official match of that
relevant national championship) or of 36 months.
规则42.05 本土青训意指15岁到21岁（从年满15岁的那个赛季初开始计算，到年满21岁的
那个赛季末为止）间，被同个足协的相同或不同俱乐部登录年满36个月，有无
连续则不影响。
An "association-trained player" is a player who, between the age of 15 (or the
start of the season during which the player turns 15) and 21 (or the end of the
season during which the player turns 21), and irrespective of his nationality
and age, has been registered with a club or with other clubs affiliated to the
same association as that of his current club for a period, continuous or not,
of three entire seasons or of 36 months.
规则42.06 如果一个俱乐部没办法凑满8名本地培养球员，则从25人名单扣除相应人数，如
上述公式。
If a club has fewer than eight locally trained players in its squad, then the
maximum number of players on List A is reduced accordingly.
二、检视利物浦本季欧霸名单

A名单
自由球员（13）：Mignolet、Toure、Lovren、Sakho、Moreno、Skrtel、Firmino、
Lucas、Can、Teixeira、Benteke、Coutinho、Origi
本土青训（7）：Clyne、Caulker、Milner、Henderson、Lallana、Allen、Sturridge
本队青训（1）：Ward
这里的范例很好的说明和呼应以上的规则，8名本地培养中有7名是本土青训但非本队青
训，但规则不是说只能有4名本土青训吗？没错，剩下的3个名额要算在自由球员中，
所以利物浦的本土青训+本队青训在规则上只能算成4+1，因此25人名单必须扣掉3个名
额，最多只能登录22人。
至于为什么最后只有登录21人，这就跟Bogdan有关系了，因为他表现太差劲，后来被
Ward取代。但Bogdan非本地培养球员，所以开季前的转会就是针对14名自由球员去操
作，后来Ward取代他进入名单后，冬季转会并没有多买球员，所以就维持21人名单。
B名单：Georgo、Smith、Randall、Maguire、Cleary、Brannagan、Ibe、Rossiter、Ojo、
Chirivella、Phillips、Sinclair（注：B名单为未满21岁的）
原在名单，但随后被移除者：Bogdan、Fulton、Gomez、Ings
这里补充一点，在上一篇LIVE文的推文中，我所描述有误，在此特别澄清，以免大家被
我误导。Joe Gomez在加盟时已经年满18岁，但由于规则中符合本队青训的定义为“从
年满15岁的那个赛季初到年满21岁的那个赛季末，有36个月为本队球员”，而他在
2018年5月23日才年满21岁，所以只要在2017/18赛季末都还是利物浦的球员，理论上就
能算在本队青训内。
三、Jordon Ibe为何重要？
最后，Jordon Ibe到底为何重要？由上述的名单可以发现，除了Danny Ward外，欧战
A名单的其他球员都不是本队青训，导致球队只能登录21名球员，但其他球队若能符合欧
足联规范，就能登录25名球员。
假如下赛季Jon Flannagan能够健康，他理应得到一个欧战（如果有？）的本队青训
位置，但Danny Ward据传要被租借到英冠，因此利物浦整个阵容还是维持一名本队青训球
员的配置，所以下赛季仍只能登录21名球员在A名单。
而这就是为什么Jordon Ibe重要的原因，因为他是唯一一个能在一线队稳定上场、且
有贡献（？）的B名单球员，也就是说，因为有他，利物浦在欧战的可用之兵是22人，不是
21人。不要小看这一人差距，各位看看本季的伤病潮就知道，有时候衰运当头时躲都躲不
掉。或许就是由于规则的规范，Jordon Ibe永远看起来像是爱将，Brendan Rodgers重用
他，Jurgen Klopp初期也非常重用他。
题外话，Raheem Sterling如果没有转会，他也还算在B名单，因为他目前才20岁。
