刚在Google Play 下载"Hangouts Dialer " APP 拨打美国电话，超过一分钟，没计费。
如果有拨打美国、加拿大的朋友可以试试看，感觉很赞的服务

2014-11-26 21:00:00这个有陷阱。要先储值才能打免费电话没有储值的话就不能打免费电话一旦储值之后信用卡资讯可能就被google拿到了

我没储值/没绑信用卡可以打通@@(美国某书商的联络电话
储值最少10美金 打台湾电话费率跟 skype差没有太多
