Fear doesn't usually develop slowly. A fear can catch you by surprise, and
grab you tight. Once it's got you, it can grow very quickly; that's why it
can be so hard to fight. There can be a simple solution, though, to fighting
fear and triumphing over it, Leo. To keep fear alive, you need to feed it. If
you don't feed it, it evaporates. Right now you may be nurturing a fear by
letting it occupy space in your mind, and by supporting it with reasons that
validate why you feel it. Stop paying attention to it. Deny it when it knocks
at the back of your mind. Eventually it won't have power anymore.
