You may be dying to say something to someone close to you. It could be a point
of contention that you wish to express. Or, it could fall into another
category-you may want to express affection or caring that you are afraid to
reveal. It isn't good to leave what you want to say unsaid. If you say it, the
risk is that it won't be received well. If you don't say it, though, there is
the risk that you won't be happy with yourself, and that's far worse. Speak up.
