【工作内容】
1. Drafting contracts and legal opinions, providing consultation on various contract matters.
2. Handling IP (patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secrets) disputes, including negotiation, licensing, and litigation in Taiwan and US
3. Conducting legal researches, drafting legal memos, pleadings and motions for civil cases..
4. Drafting various investment and finance related contracts for funds VC etc.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
【工作地点】
台北市中山区长安东路二段81号12楼之4(近松江南京捷运站)
【工作时间】
9:00-18:00，午休1小时。
【薪资范围】
NTD 50,000以上
