【工作内容】
Responsibilities:
- Handling legal contract review and revision of related issues
- Responsible for contact, communication and cooperation with externally lawye
rs and accountants
- Implement legal policies to ensure that the company's exposure to legal risk
is managed appropriately
- Legal research and consulting services
- Provide professional legal support for the company's business decisions, and
provide legal advice for the company's various departments and projects, prom
ote the ability of each department to conduct preliminary judgments and proces
sing, reduce the company's operational risk
Must Haves:
- Law degree from a reputable university (master’s degree or overseas law edu
cation is a plus)
- Qualified to practice law at least 3 years of relevant experience at law fir
m and/or in-house legal department
- Familiar with Blockchain technology is a plus
- Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and functions
- Strong English language skills
- Superior project management skills; self-starter, ability to prioritize mult
iple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills; team player; dy
namic; ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

建议上班时间9:00 - 18:00(八小时) 中午休息
上下班时间弹性，团队较注重进度与效率

1,800,000-3,000,000 TWD/year
