重点：anytime there is either an inadvertent whistle and/or a horn when the ball is
in the air, there’s no possession and we go center circle, jump ball.
如果球在空中时响哨/鸣笛，判断无球权归属并至中场跳球。

之后判决报告书翻案，
game clock was inadvertently started by the referee crew and that time
expired before the ball was touched. The clock is correctly reset to 0:00.6.
However, since the pass was still in the air when the
clock expired, the ball was still in ORL’s possession and thus ORL should
have retained possession on the sideline at the nearest
spot.
裁判在球被碰到前启动了计时器，虽然计时器回到0.6秒是正确的，但由于秒数归零前
球还在空中，故魔术依旧持有球权归属，应判为魔术球权，界外发球。
(后面有写如果湖人有在归零前碰到球的话会判定为无球权、中场跳球)
(所以其实重点是传球行径中是薛丁格的球权)
