为方便有老外搜寻到这个解法时看得懂,将结论以英文覆述于本封:
* BenQ Display Pilot bug:
Not able to change configurations with BenQ Display Pilot, when there are two computers plugging to a BenQ display, or two displays handled by the same computer.
* Resolution:
1. Download the latest version of display pilot. Doesn't matter which BenQ model you are using. Just download the latest one.
Whenever you want to change your BenQ display setting with Display Pilot:
2. Connect only one input to the BenQ display. Unplug another one. Or, connect only one monitor to your computer, unplug the other one.
3. In case you cannot disconnect the other monitor, for example it's the built-in monitor of a laptop: Set Windows Desktop as "extended" display for the two monitors. Then, you can select the BenQ display from Display Pilot.
After you successfully configure the BenQ display (e.g. calibrating the RGB, gamma, etc), you can undo 2 and 3, then use the external controller or on-screen display to switch between profiles in the future.
Have a nice day!
