看到你得文后 我去查我的订单 上面是没有写免费取消
我后来在留言有看到有人贴 只要是台港澳的旅客 都可以免费取消
PS 但是目前 入住日期 限定再2月 公告写得
我顺便分享一下 我写信给L7 问他们说 关于这次 役情
以及他们是否会拒绝 来自台湾 不是来自中国的旅客入住
他们是回说它们欢迎所有旅客都来 有点回避了这个 台湾 中国的分别
但是至少 给了我正面答复说 不会拒绝台湾人CHECK IN
他也提到 要是武汉肺炎 变得更严重 L7 会同意旅客免费取消这次的订房
但是要我们跟 订房的地方 提出申请 L7会同意的意思

First of all please note that the L7 hotel's welcome guests who visit to
hotel.
And if WARS Getting worse, we allow guest to cancel these reservations
without penalty for this time because of the pneumonia in Wuhan.
And if you would like to cancel your reservation, you must contact your
travel agency customer service center.
Cuz the AGODA has to change or cancel the reservation by their system.
