解决方案。台湾7-11，全家便利商店的影印机，i-bon等服务都是台湾富士全录公司提供
的。现在韩国富士全录的同事需要找台湾人加入他们的Technical Support Centrer
2. 职称:Technical Support Specialist (Full time permanent job)
3. 公司提供的职位说明:
To provide a high level of offsite Post Sales technical support to Fuji Xerox
customers.
To be the centre of competence in supporting multi-functional devices,
de-centralized printers, selected centralized printers and software.
4. 职责
Respond to customer technical issues in a timely manner via telephone, e-mail
and other appropriate means.
Use and develop problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues
(including reproducing problems and simulating the customers computer and
network environment).
Maintaining ownership for a customer issue until a reasonable conclusion is
reached and or escalation is required.
Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of industry standards that
are relevant to the latest Fuji Xerox Solutions.
Contribute to the maintenance and development of common computer laboratories.
5. 个人特质
Ability to interact effectively in a team environment, demonstrating
excellent organizational, planning, analytical and time management skills.
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal.
6.能力要求:
母语中文(台湾口音，需要有台语沟通能力)，韩文3~4级或英文中等。大学毕业，电脑、
机械、电子相关科系毕业为佳，或具有基本电脑知识。工作经历要求相关科技产业一年以
上，或商业相关产业五年以上。虽然这份工作跟技术服务有关，但不用怕，相关的工作知
识，公司将提供完整教育训练。
7.薪资福利:
现地雇用，比照韩国富士全录韩国同职等职员叙薪，细节须面议
。公司会代为办理E7工作签证，所以不用担心居留问题。
