眼见大家用Agoda, booking退房成功
用Hotels.com是不是没这么幸运啊!!!!???
我订了2/28的岐阜站前dormy inn两晚
Non-refundable
时序是这样
我第一天直接写信给旅馆,一整天没收到回信后
第二天打电话给hotels.com
hotels.com客服人员说他现在问旅馆
我在线上等了约莫10-15分钟后,客服人员说旅馆说不行
好吧毕竟本来就是订不可退款的,也只能认赔
然后就在当天晚上
我收到了旅馆的回信:
The hotel can cancel for free, but due to your personal information, you must
contact hotel.com yourself.
Please understand that if it is difficult to cancel free at hotel.com, there
is no way we can help you at the hotel.
有种被踢皮球的感觉................
我现在又写了封信给hotels.com,然后把这封信贴给他看
(学前面有人在Agoda这样做?!)
看看会怎么回我........
