很笨的我又来了真是抱歉。明天就要出发了，昨天半夜订票太困了买成儿童票（实际上是两
个成人）买的渠道不让我退。
原本查询有一次免费改票，但不确定儿童-成人是否在改票范围内，就写信去问。

For your information, the unused Exchange Order (MCO/E-TICKET) of the JR-WEST Ra
il Pass (such as Kansai Area Pass) can be refunded after you exchange it for the
actual rail pass at the JR-WEST ticket office in Kansai-airport station. The ha
ndling fee (10% of the sales price in Japanese yen) will be deducted.
但爬文时好像看到有人写儿童票不能退，又有点慌，想问一下有人退过儿童票吗？
