上面那些是几个已经确定区域的额外限制，这个是民泊新法里许可的地方自治体限制
大概就几点
1.营业时间限制：东京都23区大多限制六日营业，涩谷区只限于寒暑假期间
京都市每年只开放1月15日至3月16日
其他区域有其他区域的营业时间限制
2.区域限制：有的区域限制要距离学校一段距离，避免影响学生上课
有的区域限制不能在纯住宅区经营民宿
有的区域禁止在道路不足4公尺宽的区域经营民宿
当然也有完全禁止经营民宿的区域
3.特殊限制：有部分区域开放特区民宿，不过有住宿时间限制(一次最少三天两夜)
以及面积限制(住所面积要25平方米以上)
有部分区域开放农家民宿，限制比民泊新法规定的缓合一点
此外日本政府也开放活动时间的民宿(要事先申请)
等到6/15正式上路后，就会公布各区的额外限制了
