The complimentary passport tickets are not valid when park
admission is being restricted because of high park attendance.
The complimentary passport tickets are not valid for
"Tokyo Disneyland Countdown Party" nor
"Tokyo DisneySea New Year's Eve Celebration"
operating at the night of December 31.
