在2014年9月，原订购买今年（2015）5月底的机票（台北>东京）
结果在12月时，老婆怀孕了...
届时大概孕期在七个月左右，由于这是第二胎，医生检查时也说明了不适合长途飞行。
打电话到酷航的中文客服中心，告知我目前的状况。

酷航客服说，需要准备以下文件，并透过官网的“电邮联系”将档案传送过去。

1. 英文不适航证明。
2. 英文户籍资料证明。（因为我是跟我老婆一同随行，故需要此证明。）
3. 行程表。（即当初酷航寄给我们的行程表）
于是请医生开了英文的诊断证明书、到户政事务所申请英文户籍誊本（需临柜申请）
以及行程表等... 皆扫描成pdf，再到电邮联系网页进行资料填写（以英文描述）
我在 1/22 写联络表单，填写完之后会在你的mail信箱中收到一封确认函。
今（1/27）早上收到酷航的回复：
Dear Ms. Lee,
We received your refund request due to the medical condition of your wife. We
hope for her safe pregnancy.
We acknowledge receipt of the provided documents. We will now proceed with
the evaluation of your request. Please take note that this is subject for
approval.
In the event that the request is granted, refund will be in a form of a
transferable travel voucher, equal to the value of the unused ticket,
excluding any amount for third-party products and services. The voucher is
valid for 6 months upon issuance. Please be reminded that the processing of
refund will take up to 8 weeks upon approval.
Rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we have an update.

接下来就是等待酷航能退多少代金了... （当初是买商务舱）。
