五月即将去大阪京都自由行,所以于要去的一个月前就预订了饭店
当初也是考虑地点及价格所以选择了UNIZO KYOTO
于是在订房网上预订了房间
因为过了两个礼拜都没收到UNIZO的确认函所以就mail给饭店
饭店回复我没收到我的预订,于是我再询问订房网
他们说他们的订单没有问题,饭店也已经确认了
但是我预定的订房网台湾没有客服所以就在隔天取消了预定
就在我取消完隔天收到饭店说他们确认我的订房于两个礼拜前就有了
但是现在已经接到订房网的取消因此也帮我取消了订房
整个就是罗生门吧,是因为没房间才这样吗?我是不得而知
不过也已经另外订房了,只是明明有确认订房却来信说没有
这样作法比较不能让人接受,现在也请他们来信说清楚这情形(静待回复)
以后真的比较不会考虑这间饭店了。

Thank you for your prompt reply. Regarding your booking status, we could
verify the reservation made on 8th of April, but now is cancelled according
to your request.
There is no charge or cancellation fee from this hotel. But if you have
already pay some amount to the travel agency were you had made your
reservation, you should ask to the travel agency itself for the refund.
If you have any other question, please feel free to contact us again.
