各位前辈好，小弟是Ebay新手
想请教一下有关美国USPS的问题
最近从ebay美国买了个小东西要寄送到台湾，卖家评价1400多无负评
1/13 paypal付完款，卖家一直拖到1/20才给我两个号码
USPS Registered Mail:RB726826781US
Customer #LC428327485US
(应该算label number?)
这期间我大概发了两次信息给他 (内容大概就是问他寄了没，请他快点寄)
当初买时是用offer，而我不懂所以就照页面上的资料付了US$13.25运费
然后是用 First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service
所以当我收到这两个号码时，有点困惑
因为USPS找不到

USPS Tracking is unavailable for this product for TAIWAN.)
因为第一次遇到这种情形，所以很紧张
结果回信问他，是否可以确认这号码为何我查不到
因为等的有点心急，我还有说如果再没收到要申诉paypal
后来他回我说
I spent almost $40 on shipping and it is insured for the value
so no matter what we are both covered.
Those are the receipt numbers.
If you wanted it quicker you should have paid for international priority.
疑问的是，
他明明是寄 Registered Mail，还另外加了保险。
为何却还是没有国际追踪码可以追踪?? 一定要另外加购 delivery confirmation?
付了快US40的运费及保险，却无法追踪
那干脆用Priority Mail Express International是不是比较便宜
