所以商品是寄到美国的代收
今天早上卖家写了一封信,跟我说他记错商品了

you. When you receive that package if you can return it (I will pay for
return shipping) and I'll get the sent your way.

之后我询问了代收他说 如果对方是用USPS可以直接"return to sender"不用运费
我有跟卖家说我不想要购买了,会直接"return to sender"给他,要求他直接退款给我

I'll refund it as soon as I get the back. No problem. I have the
ready to ship, just made a mistake packing them. People do make
mistakes, and once again I said I'm sorry, completely my fault. As soon as I
get the other, I can either offer a refund or just send u the correct
one.
可以请问大家一下怎么处理会比较好吗?
USPS直接"return to sender"会有追踪编号吗,是否会有证明
怕卖家会没收到责任不知道算谁的
我退回商品paypal会知道吗?
可以直接开paypal申诉吗,要怎样我才可以拿到款项?
