我们的房子是18年的30坪中古屋，屋况其实还不错，原本的系统柜都堪用，但想要整个翻
新换风格，包含水电都要重做。原本考虑自己找统包可能比较省钱，但各项工程要分开找
、还要自己监工，上班族根本没时间。
　　
交屋后我们夫妻完全没有装修经验，也很怕踩雷，看了很多网络评价和实例分享后，最后

【 房屋资讯与装潢费用 】
　　
屋　　况｜新北，中古屋，约 30 坪
需　　求｜系统柜已完善，部分橱柜需换门，厨房及2浴室需大改造，全室地板要贴耐磨
木纹地贴及全室油漆。水电需要专业评估是否需要更新。风格接近北欧、木质风，玄关需
部分改造。

【 找设计师的过程 】
　　　
虽然我们的设计需求不多，比较偏向统包，预算也有限，但设计师都会依据我们的想法适
时提出建议，在预算范围内选择有品质的建材。
各项工程的监工也很放心交给他们，会定时回报进度，有问题也都马上回应处理。我们平
常要上班只有周末有空，但交给他们真的很安心！

厨房全部拆掉重做，包含壁砖、厨具、洗手台、收纳柜等等。

整间浴室打掉重做，原本有点小，改为干湿分离且不装浴缸后，空间感变大很多。

原本是小地砖，虽然保持得不错，但冬天会冷而且风格偏复古，加上换水管会破坏地面，
就全屋改铺超耐磨木地板。
　　
全室重新油漆，搭配木地板和柜体颜色，整个风格焕然一新，新家住起来真的很舒适！
