这间位于新北的老屋，屋龄已有四十年，屋内有不少早期建筑留下的畸零格局与老旧设备。
历经多年岁月陪伴后，屋主决定替这个空间换上新样貌，重新整理格局与装修，让老屋回归生活的起点。
翻新后的空间以清新的蓝色为主调，整体氛围焕然一新，也让这个家重新成为安心自在的生活天地。

【 玄关 】
旧有的大门拆除后，换上镀锌钢琴烤漆门，搭配三合一密码锁，不只提升安全性，也让玄关看起来更有现代感。
一旁量身订制的木作格栅鞋柜，和新门自然衔接，为进门空间带来俐落又温润的气息，也让日常进出更有仪式感。

【 客厅 】
当初为了改善原有的屋况，整间屋子重新钉制了天花板，也把墙面重新粉刷一遍，让原本昏暗的空间变得明亮清爽。
地板部分则选用了卡扣式木地板，让整体有了全新的样貌，也多了份家的温润感。
原本墙面上有个方形窗框，在讨论后决定保留这个空间，并用木作手法制作了一个同尺寸的层板柜，不但多了实用收纳，也让客厅的视觉更有变化。

【 卫浴 】
与卫浴窗户相邻的另一个空间，是这间屋子的厨房。
为了兼顾隐私与通风，翻修时将原本的窗户范围略作缩减，但仍保留对外开口，让浴室未来使用上能维持良好通风，减少湿气累积的问题。

【 厨房 】
由于原本的厨房设备已难以满足现代生活需求，这次翻新针对厨房空间进行了大幅调整。
除了更新天花板与地面，原本的壁面磁砖与台面也全数拆除，换上明亮、实用的新式厨具，让料理动线更顺畅。
门片部分则将原本的喇叭锁门更换为兼具通风与隔音效果的三合一门，整体机能与舒适度大幅提升。

【 卧室＆更衣室 】
原本的两房格局经过调整，拆除隔间后，主卧空间变得更加宽敞，也同步规划出一处更衣室，让卧室的机能性更完整。
这样的设计提升了使用效率，也让生活动线更顺畅。
