之前EDAM娱乐通过监控各种网络社群及SNS频道对散布虚假事实,性骚扰,名誉毁损,人身攻
击,侵害私生活等恶性帖文,本公司曾告知过将毫不留情地采取严厉的法律措施。
今年10月,通过法务法人身份对艺人恶意诽谤的帖文关于所收到的投诉,
第一类是加害者受到了刑法第311条侮辱罪(1年以下有期徒刑或监禁,200万韩元以下罚款)
等嫌疑,受到了刑事处罚。
其他加害者也面临刑事处罚。大部分加害者都多次上传陷害艺人的恶性留言和回文。
随后进行的第二次起诉案件正在调查中,和第一次一样,不会达成任何协议或善待,会采取
强硬措施。
在调查完成之前,不能详细说明进展情况,敬请谅解,待今后结果出来后再做另行说明你。
本公司以自我监控及粉丝寄来的资料为基础,从恶意帖文和社区等多方面密切关注,对艺人
的所有方面进行监控。
另外,由于部分非公开社群的封闭性特点,目前粉丝的举报非常有帮助,本公司也持续进行
监控,并认识到了其严重性。

SNS channels that disseminate vicious posts such as falsified facts, sexual
harassment, defamation, personal attacks, and violations of private life. The
