很多商店离开小城市去大城市开店因为大城市的需求比较大 但是导致很多人需要用车甚
至很多人没车被限制购买
那后问说坏处有没有压倒性的多于好处

非当日考生，但就我的理解会不会是说商店都移去大城市了，小城市居民要购买只能去大城市，但偏偏小城市居民可能多半没车，所以无法购物不过这题意实在是颇迂回……
