各位收到跳水耳机的人应该都有注意到外盒的1 year warranty
X11 Newegg网页还有写2年保固
X10 buydig网页完全没写 只写us warranty
只好向Klipsch查证
原厂回复如下
Hello,
All of our older headsets still have the 2 year warranty with us. The newer
products however have a 1 year warranty. The warranty information displayed
on the box is accurate for the newer models.

Newegg正在向原厂查证中 至于会不会有所补偿就不知道了
