这个问题当时早就讨论过了，因为他们读的根本不是博士，只是有Doctor这个字而已，其实
是大学毕业就能申请的学位，中文翻译为了避免混淆应该翻成硕士才对
但是爱学位面子的人在朝中有人，所以都有人照，会开很多后门巩固彼此的利益，难怪这么
简单的事情却没改成正确翻译
当然更正确的翻译应该是假博士
Doctor也是医生啊，也可以翻译成法学医生
这样就是医生从政了
