简单来说，就是法国对于欧洲和平基金提供乌克兰军事援助而获得补偿的内容有意见，提
出暂缓资金援助。不过这一意见遭到了其他欧盟各国的抗议与反对，一般认为这次反对与
法国军工企业的游说有关。
当然，中共也不会跟抖音脑残小粉红说到2017年，这项弹药援助资金规模预计会达到55亿
欧元。
