台大批踢踢网络霸凌穆斯林协调座谈会
Coordination Meeting regarding Internet bullying Muslims on NTU PTT
11月3日上午九点于国会办公室由教育部、法务部、国家通讯传播委员会、内政部警政署
、国立台湾大学、及台湾伊斯兰协会针对台大批踢踢网站集体霸凌穆斯林事件举行协调座
谈会，得出以下三个结论：
The coordination meeting held at 9 am on Nov. 3 in the congress office
attended by representatives of Ministry of Education, Ministry of Justice,
National Communications Commission, National Police Agency, National Taiwan
University, and Islamic Association of Taiwan regarding the issue of Internet
bullying Muslims on NTU PTT has come up with three conclusions as follows.
一、建请台湾大学加强PTT(批踢踢实业坊)各站长、版主之相关法制教育及“台湾学术网
路规范”、“BBS站使用公约”的落实。
1. We suggest that NTU improve the education on the directors and managers of
PTT about law and implement “Taiwan Academic Internet Regulations” and “
BBS User Convention.”
二、针对本案，建请台湾大学针对陈情人士反应之各版论坛对于穆斯林诬蔑之言论、依规
定做适当之处置，并建议在PTT(批踢踢实业坊)网站入口处刊登相关启事，以化解站内不
当言论对于穆斯林之伤害。
2. Regarding this issue, we suggest that NTU take proper actions according to
the regulations to handle the slanders against Muslims and that declarations
be posted on the entrances of PTT websites to resolve the hurts on Muslims by
the improper words on those webistes.
三、若陈情人选择循法律途径提出告诉，建请警政署及法务部依法提供协助及侦办。
3. If Muslims choose to resort to legal procedures, we suggest that Police
Agency and Ministry of Law offer their help on investigating and the related
procedures.
