Note: This is irrespective of whether the person with COVID-19 or the contact
was wearing a mask or whether the contact was wearing respiratory personal pro
tective equipment (PPE)

这个标准应该是很多国家都有参考
才会有中央指引的15分钟
日本也是用这个标准
但是说实在的，欧美每天的确诊数和台湾的确诊数差这么多，
爆发以来东京基本上去年三四月之后，印象中没低于100例过
以人力、资源来说的确也很难追
日本还有连亲密接触者都不验的时期
所以我想没有人在说五月台湾刚爆发，每天两三百人确诊那时候不做详细疫调
但是现在每天20-30人，以资源来说应该能够做到更多
某位说自己方法最好的，拿最低标准来要求自己，是不是有点奇怪
指引是一个低标，做到低标还沾沾自喜指责别人好像说不过去
