其实JCCIC本来就要负责邀请很多人，
That invitations to attend the exercises be extended to the President of the
United States and the members of his Cabinet, the Chief Justice and Associate
Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Diplomatic Corps
(through the Secretary of State), the General of the Armies, the Chief of
Staff of the Army, the Chief of Naval Operations, the Major General
Commandant of the Marine Corps, and the Commandant of the Coast Guard, and
such other persons as the Joint Committee on Arrangements shall deem proper.
从各个前任总统，最高法院法官到外交使节团，军队头领人物，
到其他JCCIC认为合适的人。
虽然看guideline的讲法是蛮容易误解成真的只有议员+1，
但要把上述这些人都想成靠议员的名额带进去就蛮诡异。
比较有疑惑的部分是，
萧是不是以外交人员身分受邀，
以及这个身分受邀是否真的有能多带1人的设定。
并不是要质疑这可能性，只是说还没看到其它确定的信息。
然后再说回来，这个邀请是来自JCCIC，
由三位共和党+三位民主党议员组成。
在12月还以3:3否决承认拜登的当选。
好像他们的决定，跟美国新任政府以及拜登的意志没直接的关系才对。
不过还是要肯定这次受邀的含金量，并希望能持续下去。
