我非常的讶异，如此违反联合国宪章的信件居然可以由WHO发的出来。
联合国宪章和世卫组织章程里面有cross-strait understanding这个词吗?
所有的会员都必须符合cross-strait understanding的基础才可参加吗?
为了特定大国的施压，竟然可以如此堂而皇之的弃在这个世界上的某一个拥有
2300万人口的(国家?地区?省?不重要)健康卫生人权于不顾? 还公然写出来?
