这种全展开的, 就只是项目编号.
像是House hold of furniture
跟 House hold of appliance.
这样也能分成两项, 但是这种项目再多, 又有什么意义?
还有例如台对中开放84系列的项目,细项有14项, 大陆开放的84系列 只有五项.
但是台湾有842,3,4,5,9 大陆根本就没有啊, 大陆就只有一项
"software and information technology services"
可被定义为WTO中的842系列, 因此只有5项.
所以虽然数字上看起来台湾开放得比大陆多9项, 但其实内容是一模一样的.
光比这数字有啥意义?
